  1.     Changing the Main Menu                               FILE: AM.HLP 
  2.                                                                                
  3.     After you have worked with DBK for awhile, you might wish to 
  4.     activate the  Advanced Menu. The only thing that is advanced about 
  5.     it is that it uses less words in each option description.   Reports 
  6.     will also contain fewer explan-ations at the bottom of each page   
  7.     Give it a try and see what you think.  
  8.                                                                                
  9.     To activate this menu, a small single character file is created on 
  10.     the boot disk.  The filename is ABILITY.DEF.  To create the file, 
  11.     use a text editor or the DOS command COPY.

  13.     ie.  A>COPY CON: ABILITY.DEF   <RETURN>                                    
  14.            A                       <RETURN>                                    
  15.            ^Z                      <RETURN>                                    
  16.                                                                                
  17.     This will write a single A into the file called ABILITY.DEF.  When 
  18.     DBK is  booted, this A will flag DBK to use the Advanced Menu.  If 
  19.     no file is pre- ent or if anyother character is in this file, DBK 
  20.     will use the standard    Main Menu.

  22.     If, after viewing the Advance Menu, you wish to return to the old 
  23.     one, just delete ABILITY.DEF with the Utility option.
